Microsoft and Google are bitter rivals and Microsoft always takes a pot shot on Google via parody ads, here is a classic example.
Microsoft had come up with this parody ad which tries to tell how Google's chrome browser acts like a surveillance machine tracking all your personal data no matter where you are and also making huge money out of it.
