Apple rarely gives discount and Apple has finally started making its presence felt in India. Very recently it launched a schema in which a customer can come with any phone and get upto Rs 7000 off on Apple's 3 year old model iPhone 4.
Apparently Apple is trying to dump all the outdated iPhone 4 which are yet unsold in America and different parts of the world. Apple has also realized that mass Indian customers love heavy discounts on Mobile phones and mostly Rs 15000 to Rs 20000 is the hottest selling category in the Indian Smartphone market. It would be interesting if Apple pushes these offers on iPhone 4s and iPhone 5.
